Nantwich Cheese confirms part accquisition by Central Supplies (Brierly Hill) Ltd, the birmingham based food distributor have accquired a considerable stake of the business in order to secure the long term future and growth of Nantwich Cheese. The deal sees co-founder Sam Trevor exit the business after 6 years for an undisclosed sum. Mr Trevor's interest has been replaced by David Packham, Managing Director of Central Supplies and other shareholders who will Join Nantwich Cheese MD Wayne Morgan on the board.
