Product quality is of the utmost importance to us, however due to the nature of the products we sell, customers on occasion may have queries regarding the technical aspects of the product. In the first instance all technical queries or product issues should be made in writing by emailing customerservice@nantwichcheese.co.uk. If your query is something simple such as a shelf life enquiry or a technical specification request, our customer services team will be glad to help you, you should expect a response from them within 24 hrs. However if your query is more complex and requires an expect response, this will be passed to our technical team for investigation and comments, due to the time scales involved in this type of query please allow 5 working days for a response.

Unfortunately not, as a manufacturer we are only set up to produce our products in bulk and to sell in large volumes. Our minimum order volume is between 300kg – 1,000kg, which is over 6500 of our 150g additive packs!!! Our continued growth means that a wide variety of retailers stock our cheeses, check out our stockists page for more details. We may decide in the future to offer our products direct to door via this website, so its worth checking back regularly to see if we’ve added this feature.

That’s the easy bit! To place an order you must have an account with us, if you’ve never bought from us before please contact our sales team you can find their details here if you do have an account with us then simply email your purchase order to orders@nantwichcheese.co.uk. Its that simple.

There is no easy answer to this question due to the sheer amount of products that we offer. However you will find handy downloadable factsheets for each of our products in the product pages containing important information such as shelf life.

This is a question we get asked a lot, and the simple answer is all of them! We work really hard to ensure our products are tasy treats. Many flavours have won numerous awards for their flavour. We also try to limit our range to the flavours that our customer know and love, introducing new innovative seasonal flavours on promotion. Check our flavour of the month page for this months best seller.

In order to keep our transport costs to a minimum and allow us to pass on any savings to our customers, we ask that your orders be made in full pallet volumes however a pallet can be mixed with any number of different products. The number of cases per pallet varies depending on the product, for more information see question 3. In addition to this certain products carry minimum volumes per line, this can vary between 300kg and 1000kg. Speak to our order processing team if unsure.
